Paul has worked in recruitment for the past two decades and has led the team at Maxim since their inception in 2005. Paul is responsible for developing the company business plan and strategy, the operational running of the business and building the Maxim brand.
Paul still enjoys playing a “hands on” recruitment role and frequently still works directly with candidates and clients.
In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with his family, he loves all things property/DIY and has a passion for cars. Paul is also an FA qualified football coach and had dedicated over 7 years to youth football teams in the area.

Head of Permanent Business
Lewis joined Maxim Recruitment in 2010 after working in Financial Services for many years.
He currently oversees all of their permanent business with a specific focus on the healthcare and legal markets. Lewis has a proven track record in offering unrivaled customer service and account management and this has seen him secure contracts with some of the largest health & social care providers in the UK that he manages.
In his spare time Lewis enjoys attending music gigs and recently decided to learn to play guitar, however having a baby boy at home has limited any practicing time somewhat!
Head of Temporary Business
Katy has enjoyed a successful career in recruitment since 2002, and has been with Maxim since 2006. Her expertise lays predominantly in the commercial, legal and healthcare sectors.
She is responsible for heading up the temporary business and works with an array of high profile clients. Katy is a skilled business developer and manages the temporary business on a national level.
Not only does she bring years of knowledge to the organisation she also adds considerable value to her clients.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two young children, having a well-deserved glass of wine with her friends and her passion is being outside, travelling and skiing in the alps!
Head of Administration
Lisa looks after all back office functions at Maxim, including, HR, Finance, and Compliance and has been part of the Maxim team since 2008.
Having a background within Recruitment, Healthcare, Leisure and as a PA for a large global organisation, Lisa has an extremely diverse skill set and prides herself on ensuring we all follow a strict quality and compliance protocol.
Outside of work Lisa enjoys going to the gym, entertaining friends and family and doting on her two boys and puppy, Bella!
Digital Marketing Executive
Harry is our newest recruit, he joined in 2019 after finishing his academic studies and brings a wealth of enthusiasm and creativity to the web, marketing & advertising side of the business.
Harry is responsible for assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and helping to create brand awareness.
In his spare time Harry enjoys spending time with his friends, going to the gym and drinking coffee! Harry has also travelled to Borneo to help build infrastructure for those in need with Camps International.
